Introduction
These Terms govern your membership in the AI Advertising Club program. By registering, you agree to these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept any changes.
Participation
The Activity Rewards Program is optional. Members earn rewards by interacting with ads. No income is guaranteed.
Email & Account Activity
- You agree to receive promotional and solo ad emails.
- You must click an activation link weekly to keep your account active.
- Marking our emails as spam may result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Dormant Accounts
- No login or activation for 7 days → warning emails.
- After reminders, the account becomes Dormant.
- All Activity Reward positions are permanently deleted.
- Ad credits remain usable.
Eligibility
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Only one account per person.
Anti-Spam Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance spam policy. Spamming results in immediate account termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
Members may not use investment language when promoting the platform. Examples: ROI, investment, returns, liquidity.
Marketing Consent
Members agree to receive updates and promotional emails. You may terminate your account at any time.
Fraud Prevention
We monitor IP and browser activity to prevent abuse. All decisions regarding violations are final.
Refund Policy
- Refunds allowed only if deposited funds were NOT used.
- Refund allowed once → account closed afterward.
- No refunds after funds are spent.
Disclaimers
Service is provided AS IS. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or results.
Limitation of Liability
AI Advertising Club is not liable for damages, loss of profits, or data loss.
Data Security
We use encryption and monitoring, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Entire Agreement
This agreement replaces all prior agreements and remains valid even if parts become unenforceable.
